

For this Retail Management and Operations project, I developed a retail plan for the brand Sandro. To begin, I did extensive market research and a comprehensive competitor analysis. I then developed a marketing and promotional plan for the opening of a pop-up Sandro shop in Seoul, Korea. I had to choose a viable retail location for the store, analyzing key leasing and financial considerations.I then did product assortment, pricing and visual merchandising proposals to maximize the return on investment for the pop-up shop.
